She's writing all of it on an iPhone 3G.
Finding Bliss
The first novel written on the iPhone 3G
'Finding Bliss' will be an emotional, heartwarming story of a damaged teenage girl who must fight to survive in a world of abuse, lies and loss. As she struggles to find herself, Bliss will discover exactly where she belongs and she'll learn that she is worthy of love after all.
The link above will take you to a special page on her site documenting the publicity.
I just know that Apple fans will want to know what software she's using, so I hope she'll give up some tech details about that too.
And Cheryl, this one better be all-eBook and for sale on the App Store when done!

Hey Mike:
The power of Google search led me to your post. :)
Thank you for your interest in my new novel Finding Bliss. Yes, I am writing it using the Notes application on my new iPhone 3G. The news has been spreading fast. I've already had 2 TV interviews, radio and newspaper too.
I'm very excited about this new endeavor. Writing a novel isn't easy at best, but using the iPhone creates some interesting challenges, although I've got it figured out now.
I'm writing each chapter on the iPhone then emailing it to my PC where I can edit is. I'm already on chapter 2.
There is no publish date on this. I am still finishing another novel, plus promoting my last one--Whale Song. Once I am finished Finding Bliss, it will go to my agent in New York. He'll shop it to the publishers.
I foresee a novel in book format, plus an e-book. If Apple decides to get involved I could see a Finding Bliss application where you could immediately read the novel. :)
I've contacted Apple twice by phone, three times by email. So far no response from them on any of this. Feel free to poke them. :)
All the best to you, and thanks again for your interest.
P.S. I am always available for interviews. :)
